Long Island
A classy barrel-fermented Chardonnay - the first release of Sherwood House Vineyards. Burgundian in style, this Chardonnay offers an aromatic bouquet , apple-like crispness and intense flavor, all wrapped up in toasty oak that does not overpower.
Seneca Lake
Flowers, lemons, dates, butter. Crisp and well oaked with nice fruit character. A lovely, rich wine that is the Toast of the Finger Lakes.
Long Island
Honey-vanilla nose, fermented and aged in French oak barrels for nine months - thus spending its entire
pre-bottling life in oak. It has great depth of flavor, and yet is not "over-oaked." Elegant, creamy,
buttery, rich, smooth, and sumptuous.
Blending is the key to a winemaker's ability to create
balance and complexity in a wine. These blends are their respective
winemakers' signature wines, and all Gold Medal Winners.
Long Island
This classic Bordeaux-style blend has become a benchmark for
East End Meritage wines. Blended from 55% Cabernet Sauvignon,
39% Merlot, and 6% Cabernet Franc, the result is a lush, berry
wine with an ample tannin structure, ideal for serving with
roasts and game dishes. Featured in the Nov. issue of Bon
Appetit an ideal red wine for Thanksgiving dinner.

A complex Bordeaux blend from a vintage year of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Cauyuga Lake
Blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc Dark purple in color with an evocative berry nose, and nuances of chocolate. Elegant, sweet plum fruit and well integrated wood notes. With its full mouth feel and supple tannins, it is drinking well now, and will gain complexity in the cellar.
Finger Lakes
This semi-dry blush wine is citrusy with a pleasant crisp and refreshing finish. Blended from Cayuga white,
Vidal Blanc, Pinot Noir, Vignoles, and Vincent. Gold Medal Winner at the Los Angeles County Fair.
