shipping regulations, at this time a New York State
shipping address is required for all WINE orders.
NON-WINE orders from this website may be shipped to ANY State and can be ordered in the same order as wine. You will have the option to specify a different shipping address for non-wine orders during checkout.
Most wines are kept in stock at all times and orders are
shipped as soon as possible after receipt though there may be as many
as 7 business days required to fill your order. All wines are sold in
New York and title passes to the buyer in New York. We make no representation
to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside
of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By
placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common
carrier to deliver your order to you. Vintage New York™ will not
be responsible for charges due to misdirected shipments. No deliveries
will be made to a visibly intoxicated person. IN PLACING YOUR
ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US, UNDER PENALTY OF PURGERY, THAT YOU ARE AT
LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. AN ADULT (over 21 years of age) SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED
BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES. When your wine is delivered to you,
you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least
21 years old.
PRIVACY POLICY
Vintage New York respects your privacy, and will never sell
or rent our customers' mailing or personal information. When you place
an order over the web, your credit card information is NOT retained. Our
web servers are fully secure, utilizing SSL technology so the security
and privacy of your transaction is assured.
RETURN POLICY
Wine can be returned in the event that there is either damage to the product or the wine is clearly flawed. Please contact Vintage New York BEFORE returning any wine to receive return authorization.
Non-wine items can be returned within 10 days of receipt for any reason. In the event of a return for non-damage reasons, you will be responsible for mailing or shipping charges.
